Crash Reporting and Diagnostic Data (Sentry)
Starting from version 3.x, our application uses the Sentry service (provided by Functional Software, Inc.) to collect crash reports and diagnostic information in order to improve the stability, performance, and security of the product. We use Sentry only in the free version of the application. The professional version does not use Sentry and does not send any diagnostic data to this service.
When a crash or critical error occurs, the application may automatically send anonymized diagnostic data to Sentry. This data may include:
- application version, operating system version, device information;
- timestamps and technical logs related to the crash event;
- stack traces and exception details;
- anonymized identifiers used for debugging purposes (not linked to your identity).
We do not intentionally collect personal data such as names, email addresses, account information, file contents, or user-generated content. Prior to transmission, the application applies filtering to prevent accidental inclusion of such information.
Crash reporting is enabled by default. You can disable or enable the collection of crash reports at any time in the application settings.
Sentry processes data on our behalf in accordance with their Privacy Policy and GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
